Annual Membership Renewal Notices

I’ve received numerous emails over the last couple days regarding these.

So long story short, when the membership database was finalized and merged with the website, without knowing who had an active annual membership and who did not, I set all previous annual members to expire within the membership system to December 31, 2020.

So with that, the first round of notifications have automatically been sent out that your membership with the society will expire.

Should you choose to renew just follow the directions within the email.  Should you decide not to, then simply do nothing and your membership will expire on December 31.  This expiration will also remove your access to the members area of the website along, which includes access to the quarterly society newsletter.

As always, should there be any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Thanks.

Annual Directors Meeting

As you all know by know, the majority of the games, festivals and other events for all clans had to be cancelled due to the COVID-19 situation.  This unfortunately included the Clan Wallace Society annual directors meeting.

However, this is still required to be performed, and in an effort to meet this requirement a Zoom meeting has been scheduled on October 3rd to fulfill this.  You should have received an email with the meeting details as setup by Judy, the society treasurer.  If you are interested in attending and did not receive this 9information feel free to contact myself or Judy and we will get the details to you.

Thanks.

Request for Nominations

Attention Clan Wallace Council Members!

The Request for Nominations will be mailed out to all council member next week.  This is time sensitive, so if you do not receive the mailing the that means we don’t have your correct address on file in the membership database.  You should also have received an email or two detailing this, however, if you did not then that means we don’t have your correct email address on file either.

So please, your Board of Directors asks if you do not receive a Request for Nomination to update your profile from within the members area here, (Member Login) and if you still desire a nomination form for this cycle to contact Randy at secretary@clanwallace.org with your updated info and he will get one out to you.

If you have trouble logging in to the members area please don’t hesitate to contact me at webmaster@clanwallace.org

Thanks.
