Wallace, Sr. passed away after a long illness on Friday, April 18, 2008. \u00a0 Beloved husband of Katherine D. Wallace and devoted father of member William H.S. Wallace, Jr. (Betsy) and Grandfather of Ian, all CWS Members, Robert E Wallace, M. Elizabeth Bachert, Donald R Dixon, Jr., Beverly D Shaklee and Patricia D. Pugliese. He is also survived by 11 grand children and three great-grandsons. \u00a0He wasz preceded in death by his first wife Martha Owens Wallace, parents of William H.S. and Elizabeth Shuey Wallace, and a brother George F. Wallace.<\/p>\n<p>A funeral service and celebration of his life was held at Friendship United Methodist Church, Friendship, MD.He was intered at Marylands Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham.
